Send the package to our London address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. Clearly indicate in your email the item you wish to exchange and your preferred alternative (size, color, or different product). We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
